Juan David Gonzalez Meza
Juan Gonzalez is a co-founder of Fractalo Inc. and a driving force behind the company’s vision since its establishment in 2021. With a strong academic foundation, Juan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2012 and a second Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Finance in 2013, both from the prestigious Rosario University in Bogotá, Colombia. His expertise in economics, finance, and international markets has been instrumental in shaping Fractalo’s business strategy.
As one of the original founders, Juan leads the company’s sales and accounting departments, bringing sharp financial insight and a client-focused approach to every project. In 2024, he became a licensed Real Estate Agent in Ontario, adding valuable experience in both residential and commercial real estate to Fractalo’s capabilities. His combined knowledge in sales, accounting, finance, and real estate allows him to provide comprehensive guidance to clients, ensuring that every renovation or new home construction project is not only beautifully designed but also a sound financial investment.

Pablo Andres Gonzalez Meza
Pablo Andres Gonzalez is a co-founder of Fractalo Inc. and the creative and technical leader responsible for design and trades management since the company’s founding in 2021. With a strong foundation in both architecture and hands-on construction, Pablo earned a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Javeriana Pontificia University in 2012, followed by a Home Renovation Technician (DEP) diploma from North American Trade School in London, Ontario, in 2020. His rare combination of architectural vision and master-level trade expertise allows him to translate innovative concepts into high-quality, code-compliant realities.
As one of the original founders, Pablo oversees every aspect of design innovation and on-site execution at Fractalo. He leads multidisciplinary crews through complex residential and commercial projects — from structural framing, foundations, and multi-family conversions to premium interior finishes — while ensuring full compliance with the Ontario Building Code. His strategic layouts and property optimizations have consistently maximized space and ROI, including a proven 5% revenue increase for the company through smart, functional designs that blend modern aesthetics with practical efficiency. A dedicated “lead-by-example” mentor, Pablo brings deep knowledge in carpentry, project oversight, modular construction, and high-end craftsmanship to every build.
